Tofu Fried Brown Rice with Vegetables Here is a tasty smoked Tofu and seaweed vegetarian recipe with great protein and trace minerals. This is a fantastic budget friendly, meat free and really nutritious midweek supper. Serve leftovers next day in school lunch boxes or as a quick side salad.
