Chu Chee Seafood Curry another amazing dish that we will be making at the class. Yes we do make the paste from scratch and boy what amazing flavours you get from putting in a little bit of extra work. I so love thai food, its gentle, subtle, fragrant. light, healthy, fresh and is a great food choice if you are throwing a party. Lots can be pre-prepared so you are not fretting and stressed on the night.
Thai Chicken Koftas with a homemade Chilli and coriander dip is another one of the recipes. Zesty, Tasty and so easy to make.
Finally, yes, introducing our new ‘baby’, to the Soul Food kitchen. It’s real and growing like a trooper our kaffir Lime tree. Cannot get fresher than this, picking our own lime leaves on the night.
