About Us

Maggie Lynch creative Director of The Soul Food Company grew up on a farm in the Lakeland district of Co Fermanagh. On completing her training Maggie spent 16 years travelling the globe, experience a world of exciting flavours and aromas. For 10 of these years she cheffed in some of the finest restaurants and cafes of Sydney Harbour
On the turn of the millennium Maggie seized the opportunity to establish her own business in Dublin. She has never looked back. The Soul Food Company was born and has continued to organicaaly grow successfully year by year.
In 2005 Maggie continued to build on her lifelong passion for food by completing a Diploma in Dietary Counselling with the Irish Institute of Nutrition & Health [www.iinh.net.] where she is now part of the teaching team. She also created The Soul Food Gastronomic Adventure Cookery Demonstration Classes where she passes on her skills and love of food.
Maggie has several times demonstrated her favourite recipes on TVAM . The Soul food Co has also been featured in Food And Wine, Image Magazine, the Sunday Independent, Social and Personal, Sunday Tribune, Sunday Business Post and Irish Times among others.
