On Sat Nov 7th, The Taste Health Kitchen will host a master class on fermented and cultured foods, presented by Dearbhla Reynolds of the Cultured Club.
Learn about the lost skills of fermenting and culturing, along with simple tips and guidance to start making these wonderfully healthy foods in your own kitchen.
Dearbhla has been teaching her increasingly popular fermentation classes around Ireland since 2012. She runs a regular monthly course at Michelin star restaurant OX, in Belfast.
Class topics include:
- Water kefir
- Traditional probiotic drinks
- Diary & non-diary kefirs
- Vegetable fermentation techniques
- Immune boosting tonics for winter wellness
