Our Taste Health! class is invaluable for those who wish to enhance their own health & the eating habits of their families. The day is much more than a cooking demonstration: You will find the day empowering, relaxed, fun and knowledge based and most of all manageable. Please come along and find out for your self.

- Taste Health! shopping list for pantry & fridge
- Tips on sourcing & storing ingredients
- Healing Benefits of foods: What diseases they help prevent and what diseases they help heal
- Nutrient content of foods
- Tips on how to implement a healthier diet.
- Introduction to healthier options: Dairy, sugars, grains etc.
10-12 recipes: Taste Health focuses mainly on a plant based protein diet but we do include one fish recipe on the day. We introduce flavours from around the world. All our dishes are vibrant in flavour, colour, freshness and energy leaving you wanting more. Whole foods will never be boring again!. Also included: lots of tips from Maggie on how to adapt dishes to suit your budget or to suit your own personal situation including how to adjust recipes for food intolerance etc.
A Nutritional Therapist will be joining us on the day to answer more indebt questions
At Taste Health! We enjoy everything in moderation including a glass or two of wine to match all the lovely dishes demonstrated on the day.
